The problem

The client wanted a pool the family would actually use, on a plot with a fall across it and no obvious place to hide a plant room.

Our solution

The fall became the design: the pool sits at the lower level with the balance tank and plant room built into the retained side, reachable without crossing the terrace.

The approach

Levels and soil first, then the shell design with the mechanical and electrical drawings issued alongside it. Pipework was pressure-tested before anything was covered.
